...WEAR KILTS. That's right, it's international kilt day today (3/13)!

Since there's no Scotland (well, there is, but he hasn't been seen yet and either doesn't exist in present day or lives in England's house and mooches his food), and Scotland is technically part of the UK...

I want UK in a kilt. With America giving the outfit a super-awesome thumbs up (if you know what I mean).

tl;dr: US/UK, with UK in a kilt the whole time (after all, the traditional way to wear a kilt doesn't include underwear). Bonus if America's in a kilt as well, since apparently Kilt Day is celebrated in America too.

Writer!anon is delighted it wasn't full of fail. I did a looooot of kilt research (I.e - Looking at men in kilts on the internet : P)

But yeah, I had a hard time picking out Arthur's kilt, (TOO MANY CHOICES, Srsly folks.) So I'm glad my choice pleased you : )
