All through reading Concerto 3 by Hattori Mitsuru, I kept thinking how Kotori looked and acted like fem!Japan. So something based off that GL manga, either taking inspiration from it, or retelling it completely.

OH MY GOD. While Rui comes across as more of a fem!France to me (I think fem!Greece wouldn't be quite as loud about her perverted thoughts), Kotori is so Japan-like that it hurts. Being all sweet and shy in public, only to top her crush like a mofo in private? YES PLZ.
Yeah, I thought she did resemble France more, which is why I said it was fine to twist or retell the story. I thought about adding Fem!France/fem!Japan too but...the idea of the fem!Greece/fem!Japan was just so cute I couldn't get it out of my mind so I stuck with that >w
