Spain/Romano - say it with music

For some reason Romano manages to really hurt Spain's feeling, but after a while he starts to feel vaguely guilty about it. Only he's just not able to say he's sorry. Now, since my headcanon is that Romano is good at playing guitar, what I'd like to see is him using music to say what he can't tell by words. Time frame and other details are up to anon :)
