Russia/Male!Belarus/Fem!America -- DP

As it says in the title Russia and Male!Belarus on Fem!America with DP in the mix.
Would love for there to be some element of plot involved (the juicier/more in depth the better) rather then just PWP but I'll leave it up to the potential writer to decide which way they want to take it and what sort of plot, if any, they'd like to add.
Would rather no non or dub con but a reluctant America needing to be coaxed into it is fine. And sexy time interaction between Belarus and Russia is totally fine as well. Any other pairings or characters you'd like to add is fine as well, AU or Gauken setting is okay too.
