AmericaxEngland, Russia paranoia; cockblocking

I'd like Russia, for reasons left up to anon, to have to spend a week at America's house while England is visiting. America wants sexytiemz, but is paranoid about Russia. When they try to get it on, Russia always pops up randomly and just generally cockblocks America from England the entire time, making them both frustrated, and America competitive. Pretty much, I want America's time to be hell. ^^
Whether they end up having sex is up to anon, but I prefer US/UK in this order. But as long as there isn't any crybaby UKE, I don't mind.
Bonuses: 1. Tony joins in cockblocking, due to his dislike of England. 2. Russia realizes what he is doing and makes it into a game.
Pretty much, I want America's time to be hell. ^^
