Death Note Xover, Confused Shinigami eyes

You remember how Shinigami eyes can see the real names of people hovering above their heads along with their time of death? Right. Now what would be seen above a nation's head? A cloud of red names and dates floating above them? Their first name as a country? Is the name constantly changing? I wanna know! And what's the reaction of the person with said eyes?

One possible plot that has been running around in my head has England as a teacher at Wammy's. What exactly does BB make out of this?
