You know that Historically Byzantium is Italies father/mother... So this fill is kinda. . . Meh.

I just don't understand these kind of fills where some "Hetalia-nation" gives birth to another "Hetalia-nation" only because the asker too lazy to examine the historical facts, OR because the "real parent" isn't in Hetalia.
