So, this Anon was doing some studying and stumbled upon an interesting fact: at the early stages of the Cold War, President Truman reversed Roosevelt's policy of cordiality towards the USSR and instead chooses a policy of aggression. The name? "Get Tough" Policy. Essentially, Stalin/USSR ignores the proclaim for the spineless crap it actually is and continues to annex satellites.
