Spain/Romano Cheating

We all know Romano is really insecure, especially when it comes to love. So basically my request is that Spain really does cheat on him with Nation A (Bonus 1: if Spain cheats on him with Feli because that would hurt the most.)

Romano finds out and is devastated and leaves Spain...etc. Go crazy with the angst. (Bonus 2: by having sex with Spain, Nation A is also cheating on their own lover.)

But because I'm a sucker for happy endings, I beg you that Spain and Romano get back together in the end or at least head in that direction.
