Cuba to the rescue!

Can someone write something where Canada's in trouble and only Cuba comes to help him? Don't know what, maybe Canada's being abused by another country but everyone he tries to get help from is either "Who are you?" or "Why would someone try and hurt you? You're Canada."

Bonus brownie points for having Alfred in there somewhere getting told off by Cuba.
