I ended up adding a lot more to the prompt, especially China and Korea's relationship, which I hope will be okay with the OP. Everything stated in the original prompt will be present as the fill goes on, however.
Oh, and it should be noted upfront that this fill will really only be Greece/China in the most superficial sense. More specifically and accurately, it'll start out as (apparent) Korea-->China and Greece-->Japan, have Greece/China a la Operation Jealousy in the middle, and end up as China/Korea and Greece/Japan. Just so you know which pairings I'm actually aiming for.

China wasn’t exactly sure what he was doing in a bar. He had been having a nice, normal day until Korea had dropped by for an unexpected visit. Even then, the day should have remained relatively nice and normal, albeit with a lot more headaches than he would have preferred.
But it hadn’t, and by the time China realized that Korea’s odd behavior wasn’t just in his imagination, the day had slid away from ‘perfectly nice and normal’ with dizzying speed into ‘things he’d rather not talk or even think about,’ ending with him running away from an unexpectedly fleet-footed Korea and not stopping to catch his breath until he was certain that he had successfully got away from the other nation and his disarming mood shifts and the way he looked at him and
