“I'm going to Alfred's house. I'll stay there and take care of his house.” England explains, and France frowns, shaking his head as he stands straight, no longer against the door; “No, you can't ( ... )

It's a captivating story. If anyone dropped it, it's because they have no taste :P ♥

In all seriousness, I'm glad to see you haven't completely dropped it. I'm glad that Arthur is finally taking more of a stand :)

Thank you so much. ;AA; ♥ I'm glad you're still following it. I feel bad for my readers cause I'm such a lazy ass updater... orz.

Of course! Honestly, I'd been so unsure about my writing and updating speed that I'd considered dropping it, but then I figured everyone would kill me. I was also concerned some people might say Arthur taking a stand was too sudden, but I guess I kinda figured he lost his patience. OTL. Glad people like it though. ♥ ♥

Trust me, people are still following. A friend of mine, actually, was so excited to see this updated...she just never commented XD

You have a few lurkers reading this (I used to be one), trust me :)

Take your time. Muses can be pesky little things ♥

ehehe...I'm actually a new reader of this fic. At first I was daunted by the length, but once I started reading I couldn't stop!
Love it so much anon! Hope to see more!

Actually, 56 is in work as we speak, and if luck has it, I may have it up by tonight.

:3 I'm glad you like it though! I was often worried I'd only have the same readers and not attract any more by the sheer length, and fear that people will be like, "Oh God, another bad thing happened? She's so redundant." and give up.

But still! Thank you so much for having read this story. I tend to get dis confident about my stories when I read others, so seeing comments like these make my heart flutter. /CHEESY

I'm a lurker, I will admit.

But I absolutely ADORE this fic, and I jump at the chance to get to read it chapter by chapter which is something I do for only select few.

So... Ja. Feel proud. Feel VERY proud.
And keep writing, dangit!

Also, sidenote; ReCaptcha says "co-pitying". Prophetic...?

Yes! Some of Arthur's spunk has come back. >D

Also, Arthur is possibly going to figure out who he is? :O!!!

France stays silent, peering at England quietly. The Brit feels a little nervous at his gaze, but he doesn't show it. He has to keep his stand, keep strong, he has to find who the hell he is and what the hell happened to him. He's tired of being weak, sitting behind America and letting him do what he wants, because he's too scared to say otherwise ( ... )

Arthur. My heart is breaking for him. I understand why France (and Canada) don't want to tell England who he is...but at the same time ;_;

I do wonder how Arthur will get to London...somehow I doubt Canada will agree to it :-/

Captcha says 'By Monday.' Does that mean Arthur has to be in London by Monday or he will never, ever get his memories back? D:

Iggy's getting strong! He'll find some way to get to London Maybe his fairy friends?

But if he goes to London, won't his boss be there to spill the beans?

England ignores them, a chorus of, “Sir, please stop!” “Don't run in the hall!” He can't hear them, all he hears is London, the lights of London, the rain, the gray, clouds and thunder and people under umbrellas. Why are they so familiar, why does it feel like he knows these people, have watched them grow up, get old.

Why does he see these castles, so large and gracious and maids prancing about with linen white sheets, royal men and women alike, dictating rule while he stands beside them, silent, resilient, loyal.

It's like time flashes before him, a blond child with a wild strand of hair - Alfred? he thinks - older men, he calls them brother in a premature voice that sounds strange to him. How odd though, these people, memories flash and they seem so familiar, like a storybook a parent tucks away in a bookshelf, and years later the child finds it with a whimsical smile, reads it and remembers the tales. However, their faces, their names, it remains empty to him ( ... )

Arthur. I just want to give him a hug :(

I didn't think it was rushed, authornon. I think you conveyed Arthur's anxiousness to get to London perfectly and then the realization that he shouldn't leave...well done :)
