57. post-movie, girl!Sulu takes Chekov home for dinner with the branch of her family which is from Sichuan Province. After the poor Russian has been scarred for life from spicy food, she introduces him to some truly creative ways to cool down.
(Temperature-play and suggestively-shaped pieces of ice would be AWESOME. So would some quasi-exhibitionist "oh my god what if your GRANDMA catches us??" stuff.)
58. Kirk/Uhura (Or Kirk/Spock/Uhura, if that's your preference)
When Kirk first stops flirting with Uhura, she's relieved at first but she starts to miss him being around. Then she gets suspicious, especially when he starts to spend more and more time in his quarters whenever he's off ship, while looking more exhausted every morning. Worse-- he's starting to lose weight and concentration even on ship-- McCoy is on the warpath, but he can't find anything wrong.
Not until Uhura (possibly with Spock's help) bugs Jim's quarters and finds out he's been having a nighttime visitor-- an alien creature that's feeding off of Jim while using Uhura's face. Naturally, she's going to put a stop to that, but then she has to deal with the underlying loneliness and longing that made Kirk so vulnerable in the first place.
Bonus Points: he knows it's hurting him, but he's willing to let the-thing-that-looks-like-Uhura convince him he deserves it.

59. Uhura/Jim(/Spock)
Jim was a victim of childhood sexual abuse and has difficulty with sex as an adult in some way. Author, you decide exactly how, but the bottom line is that Uhura helps him find an adult sexuality that's comfortable for him. It's messy and difficult and he expects her to give up because it doesn't happen quickly or easily, but she's a BAMF who sticks it through. Bonus points for D/s, especially if kink is used in a non-sexual way to teach Jim to have a safe, cathartic experience. 76. Gaila/Kirk Gaila was on the Farragut, but survived the Battle of Vulcan by hopping into an escape pod at the last minute. Unfortunately for her, she was picked up by scavengers and brought back to their world to be a slave. Unfortunately for them, she's Gaila. She can't escape on her own - for whatever reason - so she does the next best thing: starts an underground rebellion. FF a few years. Kirk - or canon male of the writer's choice - falls into the hands of these same scavenger/slavers. They try to break him. Gaila saves him and they escape together.
77. AU - After escaping from slavery, Gaila became a bounty hunter on the edge of space. When she captures Jim Kirk, she decides having her sexy way with him would be much, much better than turning him in for bounty.

While the Mirror Universe landing party is aboard the Enterprise, Mirror Uhura somehow convinces Spock to release her from the brig and seduces him. She finds out he's a virgin and instructs him on how to please a woman. I'd love an assertive/dominant Uhura and plenty of hot sex, but please no humiliation, blood, knives, etc.
99. Star Trek TOS - Post-Amok Time, Spock finds out that the fight with Kirk didn't alleviate his pon farr, so he shyly goes to Uhura to ask for help. 110. au. Nero is a mob boss. Jim is his secretly unwilling moll. Uhura or Gaila (or hell, Number One if you can manage it!) is the police detective who wants to take Nero down and thinks they can do it if they, ahem, get to Jim first.
111. Kirk/Spock/Uhura. With very few exceptions -- say, Bones, Pike and Gaila? -- all most people have ever wanted or expected from Jim is a good time. (This might involve trauma, but it could be just plain lonely.) When Spock and Uhura start drawing Jim into their relationship, he assumes that he's only meant to be something casual to spice up their weekends. They'll just have to teach him otherwise.
BONUS POINTS for an excellent Kirk/Gaila friendship, and for Spock and Uhura to take a while to realize that they are on an entirely different page from Kirk.
112. (TOS or XI), Amanda/Sarek, OFCs/OMCs -- Sarek and some other Vulcan diplomats get into a hostage/kidnapping situation. Amanda convinces the other diplomats' wives (who previously had been a little awkward around her) that staging a rescue themselves is logical. They all proceed to be scarily brilliant and kick ass (while also forging bonds of friendship), and rescue their husbands.
113. (TOS or XI), Amanda/Sarek -- AU: Amanda Grayson is the new Terran ambassador to Vulcan. Sarek is a recent widower and a shy computer programmer at the Vulcan Science Academy, but T'Pau forces him to attend diplomatic events because she's throwing him at Amanda as a political match.
