I'm sorry -- to minimize my *own* insanity, I'm trying to keep from having a situation come up where someone has half a dozen stories outstanding right before the deadline. If you want to claim from the unclaimed list, you'll need to either complete the requests made to you or drop them.

You're seeing a comment that is a reply to someone else -- I think this is something about the way LJ displays screened comments in some S2 styles. ^^
