Whew! Three hundred years later...

You guys have produced a lot of awesome stuff, you know that?

The prize for most correct guesses goes to cadence_zero, whose algorithm was clearly working, since she came up with 24 participants identified. (...Mention also due to lassarina, whose seven guesses contained not a single misidentification ( Read more... )

Yay! So interesting to see who's who. And many thanks to you for organizing it -- despite my 'oh god deadline!' whinging, it was really fun. ♥

Ah yes, I was doing the omg dead line thing as well. Hopefully next time I'll manage my time better *EYES Real Life*

But this was a lot of fun. :D My first time participating in something like this. >D

I had a great time!
Thanks for stepping in on that last-minute one, on top of all the other stuff you'd already done. ^^

This was my first time participating in something like this, so I really have nothing to compare it to, but I thought it was extremely well-organized. I'm seriously impressed with how neatly you managed to keep things running. I know it was far from effortless, but you certainly made it seem that way.

Hats off!

Thank you! It was my first time doing this style of challenge, but I'd played in a few, so i sort of knew what kind of pitfalls were out there. ^^
...Here's hoping the next round is even better!

Woo! I knew, six, maybe seven people to start out with from the ads, another few were easy enough to get once I investigated a bit, and beyond that it was a matter of poking at people's profiles and ads and tentatively matching things up. Until I got bored. >_>

I do think there's probably enough information out there to get almost everyone, if you look long enough. Or have a program. Which I'm not writing, because it would be a silly waste of time. But theoretically. (geek geek geek)

*grin* I spent a good deal of time doing similar things during the YC reveal, myself. And most of my guesses were right! Because yeah. If you're obsessive enough and dedicated, you can track down a lot of good info. ^^;

Would you rather take the paid time, or the Amazon GC?

Paid time is good, methinks. Not that I wouldn't use an Amazon GC (heh), but it looks like my time expires in a couple months, so that works for me. ^^

*nodnod* Seriously! The only problem with the challenge deadline is that then there's so much good fic it's nearly impossible to keep up with it all. I kept seeing things as I was making this list that I'd missed previously and really need some good down-time to appreciate. ^^

Thank you for playing!

Oh, dear gods, now I have to go back and add names.

Clearly, I was insane. Don't think I didn't see that "whew". Both for sister_coyote and myself. But I got them all done, and before the very last day, too.

Thank you for organizing this, and I did have a lot of fun, though I'm sure I gave you a heart attack or two. Hope didn't cause too many worries, and I can't wait till next time.

And, out of curiosity, Calae and Moonstruck apparently never posted or something. However, I wrote fic for them. Might it be possible to find out who they are so I can id them in my fics?

*nod* Calae (icor) and Moonstruck (delusionised) were among the participants whose emergencies got the best of them. We didn't have nearly as many of those as I feared, though!

Thank you. I never heard from Moonstruck, so I didn't know if everything was okay with her or not, and I hope everything goes well with them. *goes to add those last two*

Yeah, you know you have too many fics when you start accidentally flipping around names as you are adding them in the aka's. >.> I kept writing the recipient as the writer, and was all "Wait, that doesn't work...."
