(by d's book, he is angry because his hands are too itty-bitty to hold a coffee cup properly. and Eames is unabashedly squashing him like a pancake. \ ( Read more... )

Puppy!!! Also: I'm a total slut for Red Lobster's biscuits. I make them better than they do, what with doubling the butter and salt crust and all, but it's nice letting someone else take the blame for that once in a while.

Dude, at least there's a carrot. It may be half-rotten but it's there. Monster simply takes a look, finds the result unacceptable (which she usually conveys via a slight pursing of her lips), goes back to her paper. Reads the article, turns the page, mumbles something that sounds suspiciously like "housework is an excellent form of exercise". Sighs.

Diamonds. Lol, got me thinking of Snatch. Oh, yes, diamond thieves. Lovely.

dude, the only reason mine ever finds it acceptable is when she's monitoring me while i'm actually doing it. :\ yeah, for people like them, i guess cleanliness is next to- well, something up there.

ahaha, apparently only you and me approve of this diamond thievery business. \O/

It's the Thievery Corporation. What do you mean nobody else approves? This is just brilliant. You can twist it any way you like it dark, crack, Blood Diamond/Inc crossover. It might lack the epic intensity of daggers and swords and papyri (?) turning into dust (very poetic, was it all taking place against the setting sun? or did you go for the NIGHT! approach? :) but it does leave you plenty of room for scheming, manipulative, carat-obscessed characters.

(I think it's a genetic trait.)

That thread made me lol. That's what inception needs, for sure. And I also think there are more AUs than canon fics, but I guess it makes sense when canon is so limited? I don't know.

AND WHAT THE FUCK, I AM GOING TO BETA YOUR STORY. I SWEAR. I swear. ;_;

I did the first read through this morning. Just a question about that---you aren't finished, correct? This is just a fragment and you got stuck?

it is rather ridic. xD maybe i'm just noticing at the moment, because a bunch of AUs are appearing one after another. and while i don't begrudge people their enjoyment of AUs (because that would make me even more of a hypocrite), they're starting to make me curl up and tear my hair out over the importance of canon-or-thereabouts characterization.

I BELIEVE YOU. BREATHE, BB, BREATHE. ♥

no, not finished, but....somewhat close? though that just might be the part of me that wants to wrap it up ASAP. :( it tires me more than it should.

[and]: ugh. WTF, i am knocking out this other short fic as we speak, because the kink meme lives to torment me. i just might post it anon, because i feel ambivalent about it. (except i guess my style is extremely recognizable...to those who know it, anyway. IDEK.)

Agreed, though with a hypocritical footnote about my own AU, in which characterization has been subverted in favor of crack. At least I can own up to it? :\

Okay, just making sure! I'd hate to leave totally irrelevant comments, lol.

I'd say go ahead and post it anon if you want to. :)

so long as we can own up to it, we are a-ok, i think. <3 my first works are so tropetastic, i side-eye myself. (is that possible?)

ahaha, i may not post it at all. but if i do, and you follow the fill list, you will totally be, I SEE YOU THAR, HESSE. ANGST MORE, WHY DON'T YOU. which will hopefully stop the inner writer's constant wailing -- the kind you find in soundtracks like Gladiator. IT NEEDS TO STOP. FOR REALS.

oh my, what are you even doing reading this? get thee to bed! sleep is more important than Inception. ♥ (...or is it?)

2) no, no, never my bitch! (okay, maybe a tiiiny bit. but it's temporary!) in all seriousness, though, feel free to throw your own ideas my way. i'd love to hear them. :D

3) LOLOL. i would've died if you posted a fic like that. though i have no doubt your storytelling skills would've somehow made that people's head-canon. what what.

while De-Beers!Cobb has set up shop in my head, i am all GO GO GO on Eames/Cobb/Mal sexy sexy headfuckery. so gleefully on board your being on board. <3

SWEET DREAMS.
