Namely, I have a neighbor that deals drugs. Now, I'm not concerned if you are dealing something like weed. I could give two shits about that. I'm talking about hardcore drugs like heroin. I live three houses in, The dealer lives on the corner. I see cars drive slowly by my house all the time looking for his house. Cause they are clueless drug-
