Might I suggest friends-onlying posts when discussing illegal activities, such as recreational pharmacuticals?

I considered it, but if one could be arrested for admitting to past incidents of use of illegal drugs, most major musicians and at least one VERY well known politician would already be in jail. :-)

I think you can be arrested for it, but they usually don't bother because there's too many people to deal with.

With celebreties, bear in mind that District Attorneys are polticians. Arresting a popular singer for smoking a joint five years ago would be a major career limiting move. Also, depending on how far back the admitted drug use is, there's probably a statute of limitations.

Bottom line, it's nothing to worry about unless you happen to seriously piss off a district attorney. I'm just paranoid about such things (remember that all my posts about my speeding ticket were friends only, even though the odds of a DA being assigned to my case and him finding and reading my lj were infinitesimal).

They are some kind of nylon material with velcro wrap around closures.. so, don't worry, you will be totally comfortable but unable to escape *insert evil laugh here*.
