Therapy

Since I've been at Christ (a month ago), I've been perscribed 100mg of Lamictal and 150mg of Wellbutrin. I still feel the same, have the same low energy level, have the same anxiety symptoms. I'm the same. I think therapy could help me, but I'm really anxious going, sometimes I didn't go before when I had sessions, and this pissed them off. Even though I've done it all before, I'm worse now than I was then and I'd like to talk to someone, get more help than I have been. But I worry that they won't want to help me. I'm debating asking my psychiatrist when I see him if I can see a psychologist again, because he only really deals with drugs and it's the same short time he spends with me, which I'm partly thankful for, because it's easier...
