Yesterday apparently. Paid users can edit comments as long as they've not been replied to. You can even use the feature simply to edit the userpic (as I did on the comment above) the comment's been replied to.

I got a 32, but should've gotten a 34 (changed 2 answers I had right at the last minute). Ben got a 40, mostly on the strength of the 60s/70s stuff.
