Thank you for the message. I deliberately "friends locked" that post and made it so people were unable to respond. I made the post more to get things off my chest. One thing I am forcing myself to do is get out and do things, rather than turn into a hermit (which is all too tempting at the moment).

I ask that you (or any of the other people who were able to read it) not make anything about that post public. Those who I want to know will be told.
