Iguana!
So I've been very, very restless lately. Like, to the point I am jumping around in my chair and my head hurts. Why? BECAUSE I WANT AN IGUANA.
So, so, SO badly.
I've always wanted one, and I know I'm ready now, so I proposed this desire to my parents.
It wasn't a straight shoot down, but they aren't giving me any answers. the main reason why they are being hesitant is because of how expensive they are, and how much in a money crunch we are.
But I hope they know I am very responsible, at least if they don't they're blind. I have 2 Guinea Pigs and a Betta Fish. And I take care of them and love them more than anybody else could. I am an amazing pet owner.
And as for the iggy?
I would commit my life to that animal.
I know I can do it.
I just need to convince my parents.
So, if I do get it, do you guys have any extra tips that I might not have found in the hours of research on iguanas I have done?
I know everything there is to know, at least that you can find online. But I'd love to hear from owners. Any advice on which one to choose? Should I get a boy or a girl (if the ones in Petco are over a year old already)? Any extra information would be magnificent.
