I'm glad I'm not the only Max/Alec lover around these parts. I had a lot of fun with this, and I'm really happy that you enjoyed it. I'm hoping to update soon, but it'll probably be at least week - if not more - with my RL schedule right now.

Still, it's always great to know that I've got people excited to read more. Makes me want to get it out ASAP and make it the best it can be.

I. Love. This! I read this earlier, though never commented - I know, I fail - but this is wonderful! I've been looking for good AU!Manticore M/A fic for . . you know . . EVER! I can't wait for the next installment, this is lovely! <3

Oh, man, I'm sorry it took me so long to comment back. Things have been crazy around here, and the comment reply email has been sitting in my inbox for the past few weeks.

ANYHOW! I'm really glad that you're enjoying this, and I really hope to get more written soon. I just .... free time is not plentiful right now. But, if you're curious, as a thanks for commmenting and an apology for being so slow with responding, Max&Alec's mission is as follows: They are going undercover as a musical duo that plays at parties and the like. Kinda like a DJ, but just much better than that. It's a way for them to get intel, sabotage items that threaten Manticore, and perhaps take out people who threaten Manitcore. Stuff like that. :)

Thanks so much for leaving feedback - and my apologies about being so unbelievably slow to respond!

I'm hoping to pick this back up someday, but my muses have largely been on strike for awhile now. :( I'd love to play with this AU a bit, as I have some (I think) pretty interesting plot twists ahead, but ... yeah. I certainly hope that there will be more to post in the future!
