Doesn't anyone know any countermagic powerful enough to reverse whatever wards have been cast on the high school?

If this was your attempt at securing your 'Vital Regions', Prussia...I must admit, I'm almost impressed. Formidable stuff...although I don't understand why everyone's communicators in there seem to be stuck on re-post.

Ah! The problem with the High School--don't worry about it, it's a friend of mine. Her chip came out and she's having some trouble controlling her abilities. Since she got it out a while back now, she should be regaining control soon!

I do have something I'd like to share with you, about a possible threat that lives in Latimir.

Oh....oh dear. So that's what it is. Hmm. These chips really are troublesome! Maybe when they get that hospital in order, one floor can be a suitable recovery center for all those weird powers.

I'm all ears! Go on.

Good thought! Though what if peoples powers start to clash?

Someone from my world is planning to get her chip out, and her abilities are rather dangerous. [ He paused, trying to figure out how to word this without sounding like a jerk for picking on a little girl. ]

Her name is Road Camelot, and she lives down on the first floor. I'm mostly warning you since you've been taking care of the people who live in Latimir for a fair amount of time. She may behave like an innocent and sweet little girl, but she's not to be taken very lightly.

[ He paused again, before giving a light sigh. ]

I'd like to ask that you don't chase her down though? Not until she does something, since if she doesn't get her chip removed, she's pretty harmless. [ He refrained from voicing his thought that if Road was unchipped, Rosalyn's mind would be on Road's agenda for breaking. ]

And have funny effects? Well...then we'll have to be carefuller with scheduling and quarantine. I know I'd like to get mine out eventually, but its no huge deal. We're trained to get by without magic.

Road Camelot? Hmm...yes, a little girl may have easily escaped notice as someone harmful. What do you mean by 'not taken lightly'? Is she evil? What abilities does she have with it removed, may I ask?

Alright. I'll...find less obvious ways of looking into it. She's holding up the front of a sweet girl, yes? So...do you suspect she'd take well to a sleepover offer?

Tir decided to take matters into his own hands and released Cecil from prison, took him to the church, then killed him. Knowing he had no control over his powers and no business removing his chip, he wound up killing a friend of his by the name of Viki as well.

Unfortunately, Saber was forced to take his life and I arrested him when he came out of the hospital.

He took advantage of his status to remove the prisoner and I was told by Helter Skelter that he was bribed to not say anything.

He opted to have his right hand removed, as the source of his power was in it...

Ah- I- How- I...

But how can that be! Tir's a top class Hero! That's...that's really shady!

Unfortunately even the best of us have limits. I'm still not quite sure what came over him, but it's the truth. And now Cecil is on the lose again...

Setting people on repeat with crazy witchcraft is not how one secures vital regions.
