Luckily the call came thru when Momoko was just finished signing off the clock, then, wasn't it?

"Dinah!" Momoko cradled the phone in her shoulder as she reached to untie her hair from its braid. She waved goodbye to her supervisor. "You called at just the right time!"

"Yaaaaaay. What time is that?" Dinah put a bag of popcorn in the microwave, and watched it start to pop, zombie-like.

"Not in the middle of my shift!" Momoko fluffed at her hair, chuckling. She looked around as she walked out and down the sidewalk. "Got a call on my Compact and it wasn't the emergency it should have been. Then the caller got upset that I didn't agree with her and leave work immediately."
