"This is not smart! Do you even have a driver's license?" Scully demanded, trying to follow Momoko through the tight-packed crowds. Hadn't she done this before? Deja vu was kicking in.

Momoko laughed. "Sort of? Maybe? No. I should totally do that! But it's not my world, remember! And I can drive anything!"

Plus the race wasn't actually legal, so she doubted she'd be carded.

Thaaaat was not so reassuring, Momoko.

"So you've done this before?" Scully checked, looking around dubiously. Because even if she'd done this before, Scully doubted it was in a setting like this one.

"Sure!" Momoko approached the yellow car and the people gathered around it. She was cheered by the fact that no one was in the driver seat. She waved. "/Hi! Are you by any chance looking for a driver?/"

"Of course, it was in the Danger Shop," she added, to Scully. "And that was podracers, not cars. But they're totally harder because of the floaty engines."
