hey there, i didnt buy this place "just to satisfy you". i bought this place because i was being smart and investing my money in something that will benefit us in the long run as opposed to giving my money to some landlord every month and having nothing to show for it in a few years...it was just your enthusiaum and your pushing me that really got me going on buying it. so thank you for the push.
