Sorry for butting in but the icon's from So Notorious. Love that show, though it didn't last very long D:

I think the settlement, whenever it happens, will be that the writers will get residuals from streaming vids - companies pay a lot of money to get their ads aired, so the writers will get compensated for that. I think the increase in DVD residuals has been taken off the table though, which is really stingy of the networks...
