Gabriel seems a bit excessive in emphasis when talking about lions slaughtering gazelles and whatever else eating their young. From the way they're talking, this isn't the first set of tests, which would explain a lot of Gabriel's frustration.
I wonder if Hal has an ability? Or some past connection to the Company?
It occurs to me they've subverted the usual trope with these Niki and DL - she's strong and he's the invisible man (or phase guy, whatever).
That's odd - Gabriel forgot that he'd called Brian Davis. He had to reintegrate that memory! And I don't see anything remotely like reluctance or remorse as he goes for Brian's corpse.
It's weird to see Sylar wearing Gabriel's clothes in this scene with Chandra.
I think Gabriel has some messed up ideas about what is 'right/wrong' in terms of nature and killing. Animals kill and it's acceptable because they do it to survive as a way of life - humans even blow it off or add some human moral, "survival of the fittest," which Gabriel is…interested in (not sure if he believes it deep-down). But when humans kill, it is rarely ever considered natural, except in cases of self-defense or war. It's...all a matter of his perspective and I think the original set up for Gabriel's character is going the animal route. It could be his poor morals in self-justification for his/others' actions, or just emotionally avoidant and immature (boys liking violence without knowing/understanding that it is bad and harmful). Oddly enough, I think it's both self-justification and emotional avoidance/immaturity

I never really noticed. I consider it fairly poor adjustment, socialization, or just a really emotional blurt moment (and granted Gabriel seems better? different at it than Sylar at least) - I mean, it's a fairly big leap and a fairly personal topic all of a sudden

Petey in a suit! And the hair! I still love it. The shirt looks huge on him (one of Nathan's hand-me-downs? Why wouldn't he have a shirt that fits). Peter is speechless, trying to say something but his emotions are all over. (Nathan's eyebrows need a trim).
So Hiro kind of 'lost' Charlie twice…
I always thought Chandra was afraid of this new 'Sylar' in their last scene. Now I see he's kind of in awe and inspired. I like both.
