I have fought the tax monster for about six hours last weekend and six hours today, but I'm nearly done. All I have left is to make copies of everything and mail it off - this year's return, plus three years of revisions.
I think Peter knows he's a hero with or without powers.
I can't take seriously the crap with Claire.
Sylar's really engaged in that kissing - lifted up, reaching for her, definitely meeting her more than halfway. Then Noah coming in just seconds after the sniper shots - there are so many things about this episode that make no sense as far as realism goes. Ironic for an episode where powers are off the table. If there was such an obvious blood trail, then how did Noah lose them? I mean, it makes sense that Sylar would notice the blood and do something to stop it, but when you show the viewers there's a blood trail, then you need to show them how/why it stops.
'Baron Samedi', 'Senator' - good point.
I wonder what it is about eclipses, radiation from the sun, and Samuel Sullivan's terrakinesis power that also reacts/deals with some form of radiation from specials?
More blood trail. How the hell did Noah manage to lose the trail? There's a HUGE smear on the wall, right at eye level!
Matt looks away again when she says she watched Arthur kill Maury.
Longest eclipse *ever*.
Mo v. Flint! I love that brains took out brawn.
The juxtaposition of the scan clerk shooting tags on one aisle while Sylar struggles to staunch a bleeding wound on his new girlfriend in the next is ... funny. Elle: "He will kill you." Sylar: "Maybe I deserve it." Even then he was waiting for death.
Peter was very *not* interfering with Rene's decision on how to deal with Samedi - shoot him or not, Peter wasn't doing anything.
Nathan, get over yourself. Seriously. Apologizing to some little girl who can't understand English? Come on.
Peter: "I'm expendable." And Nathan accepts it! What a piece of shit brother he is! He just leaves! Takes Peter's backpack while he's at it.
And the cops have already showed up at Claire's hospital. The length of the eclipse is ... ack!
Too bad about Sylar finding a t-shirt. Why did that elevator have so many buttons? Is it a high rise supermarket? Sylar attacks Noah without a weapon? And runs his mouth while he's being ineffectively beaten.
And how the hell did they manage to cut Claire open that fast? Plus, WHY?!?!
Also, that's not where you cut someone's throat to kill them. Now, if you want to penetrate their trachea, sure, but they'll still be staggering around making a nuisance of themselves for a bit after.
Putting a scarecrow out in the middle of a corn field is stupid, because the harvester will chew it up. I suppose they could bring it out of the field before harvesting. Also, scarecrows are of very limited effectiveness.
Peter, you're such an idiot. And just like that, you're out of ammo.
This is a very powerful scene between Rene and Samedi. Really intense with the way his neck muscles stand out.
Mo's scales are back, like 'boom!' all of a sudden.
"Not a good boy, not exactly." Sylar seems to have some odd qualms about killing Noah in front of his family. Or maybe he's reluctant to damage his relationship with Claire.
What would have happened if Hiro had simply popped in and took Claire, leaving Sylar and Elle?
Why is everyone in Haiti dressed in the exact same shade of grey? Why and how are Nathan and Peter in that same color?
Nathan's decision makes sense to me. I'm glad it does. The choices people make in this show are often incomprehensible to me. I disagree with it, but it makes sense.
Ah, Sylar plus Elle. Ah, did he kill her because she'd lied to him about his parents? I read on the Heroes wiki that the originally filmed thing of her death had Sylar lying on top of her as she burned, joining her in the pyre and then eventually rising out of the ashes, but they decided it was too creepy.

LOL All shippers of Sylar/Claire were kinda happy about this. I think, as he says in many episodes, he has a lot of things in common with Claire, so maybe he is willing to make some exceptions when it comes to her family. However, considering that she was willing to go with him and Elle in exchange for the safety of her family, it could be the reason too.
Yeah, I really think that Sylar killed Elle because she lied to him. He knew he could not trust her again, also, since Noah said to Elle something like "How can you help him, he killed your father" I think Sylar realized that she might have been on his side to use him, and that she might eventually get her revenge.

Yeah, I never really liked Nathan, and he started to be a big jerk in Season 3.

Yeah, it does not make any sense to cut her open...

Ugh, Claire and Noah's plotline!
