Hee. Claude's not so good with the manipulation of time and space, huh? How ironic.

He doesn’t like this, finds himself wondering how much air is in one second.

And now so am I. *laughs* Technically I think even Hiro doesn't really stop time so much move around it, and even then seeing as he can interact with Daphne it...shouldn't actually be stopped. Oh now I'll seriously be thinking about it all night.

“Yes! I promise.” The man’s affronted tone made Bennet think Peter’s experience resembled his.

Aww, boys. What did Peter ask? I have some ideas ;)

Anyway. This was good to read. Put me in a nice mood when I sorely needed it.

He'll take his time linear, thank you very much!

If he's not stopping time, what is he doing? I dunno, it makes sense to me- if you stay still in a frozen second, eventually you'll convert all the air around you to carbon dioxide, and no new oxygen molecules can move to replace it. That happened in my lone Hiro!fic, actually.

I leave what Peter asked entirely up to the reader. Throw a party. ;)

I'm very glad to hear it. Thanks kindly!

I think I would too, frankly. I'd be so freaked out if I could do something like that, I'd be too terrified to do it.

It really depends on what your conception of time is, but from what I hazily remember Hiro blabbering about once, time isn't so much linear as circular. So in a sense everything that has happened and will happen are on the same plane of existence; time and space are really just two aspects of the same...thingy. Hiro's power allows him to jump around however he likes. The "stopping" of time is really him just stepping outside of the flow. How that relates to the molecules...well, it doesn't, really; I think the fact that he can still breath and doesn't fall through things (because if the electrons of all molecules etc stopped spinning, nothing would be solid) is in my mind one of those secondary powers that people seem to have that keeps them from being hurt by the side-effects of their own powers. And, um, yeah. There's timey-wimey stuff going on too.

Same. If there's anything that shouldn't be messed with, it's time, Doctor.

Ooh, I forgot about electrons keeping stuff solid! Nuts. Well, yeah, you're most likely right, his power has to have some way of keeping him from falling through.. everything. Blame it all on timey-wimey stuff, I suppose.

After a crazy day of Indian caverns, flat tires and tourists driving me insane with their obsessive need to take pictures of everything, I needed something good. And, of course, you delivered. :) Thanks for posting these!

These are so nice! Lovely little tidbits.

Peter's surprised enthusiasm over his new found teleportation is so sweet! He's such a dear. And I love how not comfortable Claude is with the situation. Peter finally pulled one over you, huh, Claude?

Eavesdropping like a ten-year-old on his older sister.

Bennet was born for this, wasn't he? Now I want to know what Peter and Claude were talking about. I'm so curious.

Dude, I've never wanted to cuddle an icon before...

Moving on, yeah, I figured Peter would be pretty dang psyched to finally get something right- and then that of course destroys a building block of his initial relationship with Claude.

What Peter and Claude were talking about is entirely up to you, my friend. Go nuts. ^^

Thanks for reading!

I want to cuddle it myself. i just couldn't resist that sweet, little face.

Oh, Claude. Why must you have so many issues? well, I know why, but it's so problematic for their relationship.

Hmm. I'll definitely have a think about that.

You're welcome!

I really like Claude not being comfortable with time stopping. It makes sense because in a way he's at Peter's mercy and completely out of control with the situation. Not that being at Peter's mercy is a bad thing. ;)

These were both wonderful!

Yeah, that's pretty much what I figured. Though I think he'd calm down after finding out just how gentle Peter's mercies can be.

Thanks a lot!
