I've heard about that disease from one of the victims, but very vaguely. Could you explain it more, maybe? Don't worry, I didn't catch the hero-complex from home, so I don't plan to approach that man.

Geostigma is a bruise or several bruises that appear on the body; the skin and muscle around the bruise deteriorates and...rots. It's not nice.

The victims also experience hallucinations, migranes, passing out...and it's fatal. So definitely avoid that guy at all costs.

Nothing I've found works so far. I had it myself -both here and back home- and so far nothing. Healing it helped a bit, but there aren't any medications or anything.

Honestly, I don't know. I've taught them to go to one of the shelters if something happens; they're too small for an adult to fit into, so Kadaj wouldn't be able to follow them, but...I don't know.

He's been using water, but for all I know he could transfer it through open wounds. I'm not sure exactly what he's using, but it has to get inside of your body somehow, so he can't just touch you and give it to you.
