It's the day before Valentine's Day. To Clark, however, it's just another day. In fact, chances are it hasn't even occurred to him that it's nearing on any sort of special occasion. It's some measure of time later - in hours, of course - when Clark settles comfortably beside her and rests his head on her shoulder,

"Happy Valentine's Day." It is after midnight by now, after all.

"Perhaps. Don't underestimate us bilinguals, though. Supposedly it's much easier for us to pick up a third language than it is for people with only one to pick up a second. Not sure how much truth there is to that."

And judging by where her other hand is going, about to get significantly busier.

There's nothing quite like taking shameless advantage of a boyfriend with near-limitless endurance, after all.

Shameless, indeed. Super stamina he may have, but he does get tired and given their earlier encounter at the Talon, it's been a long day.

So Anna will have to excuse him if he more or less just lets her do as she pleases.
