Sir Gawain Drabble Twelve

The twelfth of my four Sir Gawain challenge drabbles! (yes, really.) The aim was to write 100 words in response to a section of the poem. I have one more of these to write and post (I've tried to spread the posts out so as not to flood flists) and then I will post the masterlist, probably today before I go home.

Mmm, Merlin lit by firelight is always a lovely picture. I can see why Arthur's entranced :D (and why the show loves to have Colin lit that way ;-)

I like how this started out so light and carefree and ended on a darker, brooding note. That took a deft touch to accomplish in so few words.

This was lovely. I like the image of Arthur looking longingly at Merlin by firelight.
