Man, it is so good to feel normal (shuddup) again. I think it really did take a week for me to fully recover from travel-lag -- which is lame, 'cause it was 2 weeks and I'm 24 years old, but there it is ( Read more... )

It took me a while to come up with a Subject line and then I was like, "Wait, I actually posted political stuff -- that hasn't happened in forever." I've been easing myself back into actually reading stuff 'cause I really do feel like I should actually be somewhat informed, but I'll start posts and then not have a chance to finish them (this is true of so much of my LJ, not just politics) or I'll just chicken out and decide I don't wanna risk the possible controversy (one would think I'd be over that by now, but apparently not).
