It was comforting (though unsurprising) how easy it was to fall into conversation space with you and with Emma, despite the fact that we haven't necessarily been in touch with great frequency.

It was very lovely, though I do find that's how most of my friendships operate these days (and I'm grateful for it). Though I think I could use more time to get into slightly more in-depth conversation again, which would be one advantage to living closer.

Yeah, some months back I noticed that in my interaction with some friend or other and recalled you telling me that about Beck and you some years back. Wow was that a non-sensical-sounding sentence. But basically: Yeah, me too.
