Prof.B. actually used that to (light-heartedly) counter Nicole's petition -- she had printed out the text of some of the Advisories and pointed out the one that mentioned frostbite and he said, "Look it says 'may' and tells you how to prevent against it."

My ears actually hurt a couple times tonight, so I think tomorrow I will wear carry a scarf. ::is made of polar bear::

Do your friends know you don't wear gloves even in below zero wind chill? You SO did not grow up in Alaska!

:P I've been wearing my Burlington Coat Factory coat regularly for some days now, and my black gloves live in one of its pockets.
