I am terrible when it comes to dealing with anger. As a result I have gotten pretty good at learning to let things go fairly quickly. On stuff that I have a hard time letting go of I try to channel to some degree into physical activity, ie exercise. I also find prayer and meditation useful for dealing with anger.

I develop longstanding grudges?

I know this is not a very good plan but I don't know what else to do.

Also, I complain complain complain and write and rant about it. But that doesn't actually help, except that it prevents me from actually hurting someone physically.

Singalong's not one of a kind. My friend Kelly attended one in Austin.

Since they say "Buffy parties like this are popping up all over the country, but it originated here at the Coolidge in a stunning sell out show last year." i feel like they're more trying to claim it as their creation than anything else. But yes, problematic wording.

I generally just don't deal with it, until it explodes over something really small. Then, a couple of minutes, and it's gone.

Writing it on lj usually works.

There was an incident (or there might have been two) when I hit my bed with a pillow or screamed into said pillow, but that was really bad.

These are my healthy methods of coping, anyway. Others haven't been used in quite some time. If you want to know, ask personally, but otherwise I'll just leave it at that.
