Artist Sign-Ups
Below you will find the Artist sign-up form for hermionebigbang. Just copy and paste this template into a comment and complete it. This form is for traditional artists, graphic artists, vidders, and those making soundtracks. Artist sign-ups close on June 26, 2009.
After you've signed up, be sure to request membership for hermionebigbang if you haven't already. We will be using that community for communication with the participants, so make sure you've friended it and are also watching it. If you don't belong to LJ, please bookmark the community and email us at hermione.mods@gmail.com so that we can keep you updated with any F-locked information shown to participants. While sign-ups for artists don't close for a while, we would appreciate you doing the preliminary sign-up now if you know you're going to participate.

We are allowing artists (traditional and graphic only, sorry) who plan to participate in the second phase to create something during the rough draft writing period for authors that will be due at the same date as rough drafts. Once we receive the artwork, we will do our best to find authors who are willing to write fics (1K or higher) to accompany that artwork on the archive when it goes live.
