You should! It's only three episodes, so you could get through it in a couple of days. You could try to get your mother to watch---I did, and mine loves it. It's a bit odd.

Yes, Danno/McGarrett is totally canon! And Danno should top! I know---Danno doesn't seem so short to me when he's alone, and then he stands next to McGarrett, and I'm like, "Whoa, he's a freaking hobbit!"

Word to Sherlock. I kind of meant to watch Hawaii Five-O, but I've yet to really get around to it. Otherwise, The Walking Dead has been pretty amazing, incredibly well-crafted.

Did you watch last Sunday's US Top Gear. I was going to, but I got tired and lost interest in trying again.

Definitely. I haven't seen all of Five-O's episodes, but it's fun. Unfortunately, I haven't seen The Walking Dead because it premiered right when projects started to eat my life.

Yes, I watched it. It was fun---they went to South Carolina (Rutledge's neck of the woods) to do moonshine running, which was apparently the origin of NASCAR. It was pretty funny, but they still seriously need to start building the Stig up as a character. Once again, they referred to him as "our silent professional racing driver." They need to call him something like "our serene racing driver" or something. Otherwise, I think the show is getting better, but it still feels very derivative, though I liked that they dug into some American car history that the original version can't really explore.

The Walking Dead has been pretty great, though I think it'll get better a season or two down the line when we really get into what the series is about, which is centered more on life after the point where most zombie movies end.

*sigh* Yeah, that does sound pretty good, despite the Stig mythology failure. Heh, I think by definition the show is derivative, but it's exactly that ability to dig into American car history and culture that gives it an edge.
