Hey-oh, Captain John!

Aug 23, 2009 22:18

Fall classes are starting tomorrow, and my only Monday/Wednesday class is American Literature I, which is almost guaranteed to be quite boring.  So in order to stay happy, I'm going to post some awesome videos I found on YouTube that pay tribute to the other CJH:
Captain John is back kissing boys and running around to boyband songs. Why? Because he CAN. )

I have got to start watching this show. My husband and I have such a ridiculous number of tv shows to go through, but this one calls like a siren. James Marsters is so delicious.

Yes, you should. You'd love the canon slash.

James Marsters is so delicious.

Isn't he, though? ;) He's only in two episodes, but he certainly makes the most of his screen time (which he has quite a bit of), and he's essentially playing Spike again, which makes it even more fun. :D

You might like this one, too: Captain John Won't Go To Rehab.

Ha, good call. That might be my favorite one of these actually.

I would never have thought he was in just two eps. I certainly noticed a few clips/scenes repeating, but that's still a lot of screentime for only two episodes, and repeat footage is inevitable when you have boykissing like that.

I love that song "I Kissed a Boy." Someone did an X-Men Origins: Wolverine vid to that song and it was awesome. It's one of those songs that just seems like it was written for vidding.

Mmmm.

I love that one, too. That one's just so...him, the attitude and everything. And he did go to rehab, but it worked as well for him as it did for Lindsay Lohan. That could be a crack!fic.

Yeah, I wish he was in more eps, but he claims he'd love to go back and make another appearance. The possibility of that ever coming to fruition is unknown right now, though, because Russell T. Davies dropped several emotional bombs in the "Children of the Earth" miniseries this summer before he leaves the Whoniverse and runs away to the U. S. presumably to get away from the crazy fanbase, though American fans will still probably chase him with pitchforks. Still, we can hope and pray!

Oh, I'd love to see that vid! I hope Wade was involved, especially since they kept dropping big hints about his sexuality. That song is perfect for vidding because of the wonderful existence of Ho Yay. ;)
