I almost didn't see "Fight Club" because the trailer was just a bunch of guys duking it out. Then a friend of mine got the DVD and insisted we all watch it. I was enthralled. Now that I think about it, that's how I ended up seeing "Mystery Men." Avoidence due to silly trailer, insistant friend, and finally enlightenment of the quirky genius kind.
