Ouch

For the first time, I had a Pilates class this morning. It was an hour of non-sweating.

And now I can't even lift a finger. Sore muscles two hours after finishing your exercises  - I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

You can be proud of your pain - you've worked hard for it. I don't have any pain to be proud of because I've been a couch potato most of the weekend!

Eh, it wasn't as bad as I thought on Monday. Instead I have sore muscles today because of exercising yesterday.

Looks like sports can be dangerous.

I walked almost twelve miles, I think, between Sunday and this morning, today I HURT! I can't straighten my legs properly.
