Hello there woman who is about to travel! I still haven't got a confirmation about the thing in Den Haag on wednesday the 4th, but if I am going I will definitely hope to catch up with you in the evening. If I'm not I'm afraid I'm a bit crazy busy and probably can't afford the time to come to the west for socialising (you're still welcome to come over here if it fits, but I'm still constrained by psycho busy work here in the east too).

Do you have a telephone number that I can contact you on? Is it the same as last trip? ie a dutch mobile number beginning with 138?

Hello lovely! I'll email you my standard oz mobile number. I'll have that set on international roaming, so it'll probably be a bit more expensive for all of us, but it's more practical for me. the old netherlands number isn't active anymore.
