Yes, that's always important to emphasize. Genuine subtlety is more subtle than the distinction between yours and ours, or between controller and controlled. We can't cause our body to engage in subtlety, we can only let subtlety transform our body. To wear the clothes of our own subtlety is to let subtlety overwhelm the difference between self and other, between us and them, and even between subtle and not-subtle.
