For the gray background you need a table code, actually you can make it with the colour you prefer..

Just choose right, left or center, the colour (I use Adobe for the codes...)
The width of the table depends on how you want to put your icons!
And if you want a border, choose how big it must be (I generally put 1, but in this case I preferred not to use any border!)

Be sure to remove ALL the * (I had to put them or a table would have shown up instead of the code! .. and sorry for the poor English..)
