a) - Uhh difficult, I think it's the fact that he's sometimes a bit slow, like in tomb of the Cybermen, when the Doctor is calling his kilt a skirt and he opens his mouth to protest and you can literally see the turn of the little cogwheels in his head as he realizes, that if he DOES protest Viktoria will put on something other than her short skirt, and than shuts his mouth
