Probably some spoilers for 57 too because BAAAAAW, I accidentally stepped on a manga landmine... Warning: This post will probably make me sound like a complete fanbrat idiot.
Izumi and Olivier are awesome for they are two of the physically strongest females in the series (along with Mei) *w* Greedling sure knows when to switch lol. It's always thrilling to see them working together against their enemies.
Olivier would've scoffed at the thought of losing her soldiers, since only the fittest will survive. I think she'd might also acknowledge that however Mustang's team survives is just one method in many. Too bad that she doesn't want the queen position. I guess the end is all on Mustang u__u;
FUFUFUFU what about this one~?heriniaMay 10 2010, 04:00:34 UTC
But you forgot that Olivier is a real tsundere at heart =w=;; Okay, on a serious note, I do believe she cares for her soldiers more than she appears to be. It's more evident in the manga's version of the Briggs arc; she kept thinking of their safety while testing Raven, and telling them she would take on the responsibility all by herself. Or she wouldn't have told them to use that broken watch either |D;
You know what would be awesome~? Mustang can be the king, but leave Olivier in charge of the military. Mustang is way too soft and unconvincing for the job. xD;
Haha, I love reading your reviews. I'm not used to reading stuff like this since most people I know follow the manga first, then the anime. You're the fresh fangirl amidst the already spoiled masses! Keep it up!
I am sad that they will be ending it soon, however it makes sense that it will. There's always the worry that the anime will overrun the manga when an anime starts - and usually that's what happens - so you'll either get unnecessary filler to prolong, or an unintended ending that isn't from the author. (RE: First FMA series) This is definitely the first time I've seen a series, revived or not, that will be ending simultaneously with the manga. That's just too perfect!

The two heroines part in the episode before this was amazing (The Curtis pwnig Sloth <3).
And the way Greed changed to Ling and changed to Greed again to greet Falman <3
*too much fangirlness*
