I was thinking along those lines too. But the interview went pretty well, and the film sounds really awesome. I think the experience will be really good and it'll look good on my resume. The schedule actually doesn't look that crazy. I was shown a copy of the day by day schedule, and the days don't seem to go over 12 hours, so it actually won't be as crazy as I originally thought.
Also, I did mention the other interview for the paying job. So they know that if I should happen to get a paying job, I'd have to bow out. They understand and it's good because I know not to feel guilty should that happen. And although it is free, sometimes working for free is better than sitting alone watching DVDs and accomplishing nothing. At least doing free gigs I'm getting more experience and building my resume to get to the paying job point.
