All righty, I've spent the last few days lurking around the Firefly fandom, since finally being subjected to the shininess of it all.

This is the first new story that has popped up since my arrival, so I must comment to say that this was fabulous, I enjoyed reading it, and hope there's more where it came from (yes, I know, a great deal of backlogged fic, you're going to be hearing a lot from me in the next little while!)

Ah, I love your voicing, it's just perfection. And the mental image of her sat with this bug is so glorious. I love the way she uses the everyday things that happen to alert herself to new philosophies and ways of thinking.
